Founded by a longtime pest and mosquito control professional with nearly a decade of hands-on industry experience—from working in the field to managing operations, training technicians, and overseeing service for thousands of customers—Panda was created to bring a higher level of care, consistency, and personal service to our community.
As a husband, father, and local homeowner, I understand that your home is more than just a property. It’s where your family lives, plays, and makes memories. That’s why we focus on doing things the right way: providing dependable service, communicating honestly, paying attention to the details, and treating every property with the same care we would want for our own. I didn’t set out knowing that pest control would become my career. I fell into the industry and discovered along the way that what I really enjoyed was helping people. Over the years, I worked my way from the field into operations and leadership, and one lesson continued to stand out: the little things matter. Listening to customers, communicating clearly, paying attention to the details, and genuinely caring about the person behind the property can turn “just doing a job” into a relationship built on trust.
That belief is a big part of why I started Panda Property Care. I saw a need in our industry for more personalized customer service: a company that hears your concerns, understands why they matter to you and your family, and works to put you at ease. When Panda comes to your home, I want you to feel respected and know that your property is being cared for by someone who takes pride in doing the job right.
The name Panda has meaning to me, too. I’ve been drawn to pandas since middle school, and as I got older, I came to appreciate what they represent to me: peacefulness, focus, and strength. Those are qualities I want reflected in the company we’re building.
More importantly, my family has taught me just how important communication, trust, and time together really are. One of my goals in building Panda is to create a company that gives people time back—whether that means helping a customer spend more time enjoying their backyard with their family or creating opportunities for our future team to be present with theirs.

My family and I chose this area because we fell in love with the open space, peaceful surroundings, and sense of community. We can enjoy the slower pace of the small towns around us while still having Houston nearby—it really is the best of both worlds. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, at church, traveling, discovering a new place to eat, or enjoying my interest in watches.
Ultimately, I want Panda Property Care to become more than a pest-control company. I want to build a legacy that honors the people around us and a company known for knowledge, friendliness, integrity, and genuinely caring about the families we serve.
